Ecobee blank screen

My toddler hit the thermostat and it fell off the wall. I put it back up and I’m getting a blank screen. I tested voltage and I’m getting ~27 volts from RC/C I’ve checked wires to make sure they are tight, also checked the voltage through pin connections and seems good.
