Fluttering in the abdomen

Thank you for reposting. It's in line with my navel, far on my ride side. The sensation of fluttering is extreme, 10/10. It doesn't hurt right now. No diarrhea, but it's not the same feeling as diarrhea. Diarrhea feels like a growl to me, this feels like there is something alive in my stomach, moving around. And no pregnancy, either.
