My "cancelltaion rate is 7%, yet I rarely cancel on anyone. I have yet to see the cancellation rate drop lower. I think it actually jumped from 2% to 7% and hasn't moved since. I know I don't cancel on people that much. I can't find any info on it and Lyft isn't transparent on it.
