A TLR-1 is quite large for a pistol like the P365. A TLR-3 might fit better if either will go on the rail of the P365. There is not much space on the rail for a light. Sig and others have said that the P365 rail is smaller than standard (Picatinny) rails so, while I don't have a P365 to check, I don't think either light will fit.
